All Farrington Historical Foundation community grants must be used in Santa Clara County.

Range of Grants

The Foundation accepts grant applications from $1,000 to $25,000. No grant may be more than a one year grant.

Please note that your agency will not be considered for further grant funding if your final grant report is delinquent. No grants will be awarded to any agency in consecutive grant cycles.

Review Process

Policy and procedures regarding grants is the responsibility of the Grant Committee. Once the annual allocation amount for grants is approved by the Farrington Board of Directors, the Grant Committee sets application deadlines for the submission of grant proposals. Proposals received are then reviewed and evaluated. Accepted proposals are funded the following month. All grant recipients are required to submit to the Foundation a final grant report demonstrating that the funds were used as intended.

Application Deadlines for Grants

The application deadlines for the submission of proposals are November and May. Check the grant application page for specific date deadlines. Proposals received after the application deadline may be resubmitted during the next funding cycle. All applications received will be advised of action taken.

How to Submit Your Organization’s Proposal
